The Directors of COILMECH have extensive expertise involved in the mechanical aspects of Mine Winding Equipment, thus placing the Company in a strong position to provide an effective Consulting Service relating to all aspects of Winding Equipment, including Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Design, Manufacture, Installation and Commissioning.
The Company is actively involved in the Design and Supply of Single and Double Drum Winders of varying sizes to suit customer requirements, and the complete Refurbishment of all sizes of Winders including Upgrading and Hydraulic Brake Control Systems.
In addition to the above, COILMECH is a leading supplier of Grooved Sleeves to ensure accurate Multi-layer Coiling of Wire Ropes related to both Mine Winders and Industrial applications.
COILMECH operates as a professional team of engineers and managers, who design, project manage, install, commission and service mine winder mechanical and hydraulic equipment.
In order to achieve our success, COILMECH has forged strategic alliances with a dedicated group of sub-contractors, who specialise in winder component manufacture. With the variety of sizes of mine winders used in the industry, COILMECH is capable of procuring and managing the services necessary to manufacture all types and sizes of winder mechanical components. |
